I was at the office today and this kid comes and says, "Have you ever heard of Mac Miller? " Prior to a few hours ago, I never had. I thought he was from the Bay Area or something because of the 'Mac' before the name. Anyways, long story short; I heard this song and loved it. The song doesn't actually play until 1:44, but watch the whole video.

Who says you have to be well rested to come up with a great idea? On an overnight flight, an exhausted Emil Jacob stared at the two empty seats next to him and the immobile arm rests that were keeping him from lying down. The solution to his discomfort? Flex-Seats. Jacob, now owner of Jacob Innovations LLC, has hopes of changing the comfort of airline travel with Flex-Seats. His designs aim to create more leg room and allow for all passengers to have a full or near-full recline without disturbing those behind them. This will be made possible by taking advantage of the vertical space in an airplane. Depending on the layout of a particular aircraft, there are several different models that can be adopted—ranging from raising every other seat a few inches, to creating small staircases for every row with a second floor of seats in each row.

Though they’re just a concept now, several airlines are looking into the designs. Soon enough, passengers might be thanking Emil Jacob as they comfortably drift off to sleep at 30,000 feet.
